Where Have I Been?
Well hello everyone! Long time no see, sorry it's been so long but there's been a lot going on around here recently. Had some family stuff to sort and of course I had to get used to life without being a student! I have had a lot of interviews for many different jobs some I really wanted others not so much but in post-student life a job is a job right? I have eventually bagged a Christmas temp job for the time being which has taken up a lot of my time but it has meant I have been able to move back to the city which I love so much, Liverpool. I am still applying for other more desirable jobs and internships within the field of music but for now I'm making do.
However, something did happen which I REALLY want to share with you...

I GRADUATED!! It's official, I passed my Research Masters with Merit and I couldn't be prouder of myself. The path was long, extremely bumpy and a lot of hard work but all worth it in the end.
Although it was a winter graduation the weather was actually really nice, arguably better than my summer graduation. I decided to be a bit different and I bought myself a baby blue suit adorned in white stars. I loved it and it was so comfy and saved me from the slight cool breeze. I'm not usually one for suits but I wanted to try and push myself to try a new thing and I got many compliments on it. However, to the guy who I handed my graduation gown in to, no they are not pyjamas as you suggested, not that I even asked for your opinion...rude.
Both Christmas ad my birthday have also passed without much comment from me. My birthday was a little different this year as I could only be home for one day for y birthday so didn't get to catch up with everyone but I'm sure I'll make up for it next year. Although Christmas-time has been a bit tiring this year as I have been working a lot and literally only got two and a half days at home with my family, I had fun and made the most of what I got. I was spoilt with many craft items, new clothes and of course show tickets!! But i think I'll keep it to myself which shows I have in store for now...
Hope you had an amazing festive season and have something big planned to start off your 2020!
